Temptations rolls out cat treat designed to initiate play

BY Ryan Chavis

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Temptations Treats for Cats will expand its line of products with the introduction of new Temptations Tumblers, a treat designed for owners to toss and roll. The brand hopes the treats will help facilitate spontaneous play, providing cat owners with a new way to bond with their cats on a daily basis.

“When you pick up a bag of Temptations Tumblers, you’re opening the door for fun, which can happen at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all,” said Amy Keith, brand manager. “We created Temptations Tumblers to help owners easily engage with their cats because life can be so much more fun when playtime is a part of your daily routine.”

The treats come in two flavor combinations — Tasty Chicken & Turkey and Savory Salmon & Tuna — and are available now at retail, grocery and pet stores for a suggested retail price of $1.89 for a 2.47-oz. bag.

Fruitwater celebrates life’s little moments in new campaign

BY Ryan Chavis

NEW YORK — The makers of Fruitwater are launching a new campaign featuring actress Christina Applegate. The campaign will encourage consumers to take a few moments from their busy days to focus on themselves. Digital video will be at the center of the campaign and will feature Applegate taking time out of her daily duties to enjoy the little moments she steals away while drinking Fruitwater.

“Between juggling meetings and playdates, housework and homework, dinner with the family and staying fit — every day is an adventure! As we all know, there just never seem to be enough hours in the day, so it’s nice to steal a moment to enjoy a fruitwater,” Applegate said.

In addition to the videos, consumers will have the chance to win prizes by becoming a fan of the brand's Facebook page and leaving a comment about how they manage to take moments for themselves. Creative print executions in entertainment and lifestyle markets are also part of the campaign.
