Revlon expands board of directors
NEW YORK Revlon announced on Monday that its board of directors has elected Ann Jordan as a new director.
The election of Jordan increases the size of Revlon’s board of directors to 12 members and the number independent directors to eight members. Revlon still has a majority of independent directors on its board.
Jordan serves as a director of Catalyst, a non-profit membership organization for women’s business initiatives, and as an honorary trustee of the University of Chicago and The Brookings Institution, a non-profit public policy organization based in Washington D.C. She also currently serves as a director, trustee or member of the following organizations: The National Symphony Orchestra (chairman); Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (trustee); the National Museum of African America History and Culture (member); and WETA, the Washington D.C. public broadcasting station (member).
Tyra Banks Show features ‘Best of Beauty’ giveaway

Revlon set to kick off annual run/walk May 2
NEW YORK The 12th Annual EIF Revlon Run/Walk For Women to be held in May will kick off with an all-star show in Times Square that will feature a celebrity host and special guests.
Jimmy Fallon, a Saturday Night Live veteran and the new host of NBC’s Late Night, will host the 2009 opening ceremonies the morning of May 2.
Revlon has also welcomed back from the 2003 Run/Walk, Oscar nominee for A Beautiful Mind and Revlon brand ambassador, Jennifer Connelly. This year’s event will also feature Revlon brand ambassador and actress Jessica Alba from the Fantastic Four series.
Created in 1993 through the committed and efforts of the Entertainment Industry Foundation, Lilly Tartikoff, Revlon chairman Ronald O. Perelman and Rehage Entertainment, the EIF Revlon Run/Walk For Women has grown to become one of the nation’s largest 5K fundraising events. To date, the Run/Walks (LA/NY) have distributed nearly $55 million for cancer research, treatment, counseling and outreach programs.
