Power Rangers Power Blasts arrive at Walmart, H-E-B
LOS ANGELES — A new line of juice drinks designed for kids has hit the market.
Power Rangers Power Blasts — created by Genesis Today through a partnership with Saban, the company behind the Power Rangers franchise — tout 50% fewer calories and half the sugar content found in the leading children’s juice boxes, as well as more than 11 vitamins, minerals and nutrients, Genesis Today said.
Power Rangers Power Blast juice drinks, available in six packs, now are available at Walmart locations nationwide and H-E-B stores across Texas for $2.99.
Dannon Oikos Greek yogurt to debut Super Bowl ad
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Dannon is showcasing its Greek yogurt line with a new advertisement that will debut during Super Bowl XLVI.
The company said its new Dannon Oikos Greek yogurt ad is part of a fully-integrated marketing campaign designed to emphasize its better-for-you position in the market. The ad will feature actor John Stamos, who appeared in a Dannon Oikos Greek yogurt last August.
“Americans continue to crave Greek yogurt and demand continues to grow as we see a shift in the way that Americans enjoy yogurt. We make what is possibly the best tasting yogurt in the world with Dannon Oikos and now is the perfect time to highlight this delicious and nutritious snack in our Super Bowl ad,” Dannon SVP marketing Sergio Fuster saod. “We are preparing some very memorable advertising that emphasizes just how good it is, and we’ve invested in production capacity to meet anticipated increased demand.”
Fresh & Easy expands private-label offering with vitamins, supplements
EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Fresh & Easy has introduced its own line of vitamins and supplements that includes 20 products.
Fresh & Easy said its vitamins and supplements provide many benefits, including supporting bone, urinary tract, prostate, heart, immune system, joint, prenatal, digestive, eye and general health. They also provide antioxidant support, help energy metabolism and provide sleep support, the company said.
The line ranges in price from $2.99 to $10.99.
