Minverva Research expands U.S. launch of Pure Gold Collagen beauty supplement

BY Michael Johnsen
LONDON – Following the success of Pure Gold Collagen in the U.K. and its introduction in Ulta Beauty stores in the U.S., Minerva Research Labs is expanding its American presence with the launch of Pure Gold Collagen in Walgreens.

"After the success in Walgreens' sister company Boots, Pure Gold Collagen has been the first and fastest growing liquid beauty vitamin in the U.K.," stated Tony Sanguinetti, CEO Minerva. "The U.S. market has responded well to Pure Gold Collagen and as we continue to expand our distribution, we are pleased to give more customers the chance to enjoy the product."

"The bioactive collagen peptides used in our liquid beauty supplements work most effectively in a drinkable format for best absorption and delivery via the blood stream to the skin cells, in the deeper layer of the skin," commented Sara Sibilla, senior research scientist at Minerva Research Labs. "We recommend drinking one bottle a day for at least 30 days. Studies published on international medical journals demonstrated increased skin hydration (14% after 6 and 9 weeks), a reduction in the appearance of wrinkles (19% after 9 weeks) and increased skin elasticity (10% after 6 weeks)."

Now in selected Walgreens stores and online, Pure Gold Collagen is available exclusively in 1 fl. oz. bottles, offering a more concentrated formula in a smaller size than the 1.7 fl. oz. available in Ulta Beauty and a number of specialized resellers.
