Dunkin’ Donuts unveils flavor addition in bottled coffee line

Dunkin’ Donuts’ line of bottled, ready-to-drink iced coffee beverages is expanding with the introduction of the new cookies and cream flavor.

In partnership with Coca-Cola, the Canton, Mass.-based company has been manufacturing and distributing its bottled beverages — containing Arabica coffee with real milk and sugar — since 2017.

“Through our strong partnership with Coca-Cola, we have quickly become a leader in the growing ready-to-drink coffee market,” Brian Gilbert, vice president of retail business development at Dunkin’ Donuts U.S., said “Cookies and cream is a fun, delicious flavor, and we are excited to add it to the other flavors in our lineup as we head into the warmer spring and summer months. Our ready-to-drink bottled coffees are the perfect choice to enable our customers to run on Dunkin’ wherever they are.”

Available now in refrigerator cases at grocery, drug, convenience stores and mass merchandisers, cookies and cream joins the previously released original, mocha, espresso and French vanilla flavors. Further information can be found on Dunkin’ Donuts’ website.

So Delicious Dairy Free launches new frozen desserts

Makers of dairy-free food and beverages So Delicious Dairy Free has announced the launch of five new frozen dessert flavors that come in coconut and cashew milk options.

“At So Delicious, good taste is everything, and the same goes for our consumers,” Lauren Start, brand manager of So Delicious Dairy Free, said. “We are excited to celebrate unique combinations of ingredients that will inspire taste buds everywhere!”

Available in limited edition packaging, the new products come in two cashew milk flavors:

  • Bananas Foster that contains banana, vanilla and chocolate chips; and
  • Peachy Maple Pecan that features Non-GMO Project Verified peaches, pecans and maple syrup.

The coconut milk flavors include:

  • Blueberry Cardamom that contains blueberries, cardamom spice and organic coconuts;
  • Cold Brew Coffee that features 100% Arabica coffee extract; and
  • Toasted Coconut Key Lime that has key lime, organic toasted coconut swirled together with coconut milk.

So Delicious Dairy Free’s new launches are dairy and soy free, non-GMO Project Verified, gluten-free, certified vegan and free of artificial flavors. All flavors are currently rolling out to retailers nationwide.

Bud Light intros lime, orange flavored lagers

Bud Light is adding even more citrus to its portfolio by introducing the new Bud Light Lime and Bud Light Orange.

Both lagers are brewed with real lime and orange peels and deliver a clean and crisp taste that highlights the products natural citrus flavors, the New York City-based company said.

“Our millennial consumers are eager to try new, flavored options in the light lager category. We wanted to create something new to engage with these consumers and bring them into the Bud Light family,” Andy Goeler, vice president of marketing at Bud Light, said. “Flavored beer has seen steady growth with consumers continually looking for higher quality beverages made with real, natural flavors. Bud Light Lime and Bud Light Orange answers that call and reinforces Bud Light’s commitment to quality consumers have trusted for over 35 years.”

To celebrate the launch of the lime and orange beverages, the company, which is part of the Anheuser-Busch family, will be launching two commercials titled ‘Earth” and “Taste It” that highlight how each lager is brewed with real citrus peels.

Bud Light Lime is available nationwide and Bud Light Orange will be available from April through September. Further information can be found on the company’s website or social media channels.
