Dry Idea launches new StainClear formulation
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Henkel’s Dry Idea brand has introduced its new Dry Idea Stain Clear.
The new invisible solid goes on clear and combines stain fighting technology with wetness protection and 72-hour odor coverage, the company stated.
“We are excited about the launch of our new formulation and to bring our customers state-of-the-art innovation for invisible sweat protection,” said Sami Myohanen, director of marketing at Henkel. “We know this formula meets a key consumer frustration of staining and residue, and we can’t wait for them to experience the StainClear formula.”
Impax Labs names G. Frederick Wilson as president, CEO
HAYWARD, Calif. — Impax Labs on Monday announced the its board of directors appointed G. Frederick Wilson as the company’s president and CEO, effective April 29. Wilkinson previously served as president of Actavis Global Research and Development at Actavis. He succeeds Larry Hsu, Ph.D.

Wilkinson joined Watson Pharmaceuticals — which is now Actavis — as EVP global brands in September 2009. Prior to his time at Watson, he served as president and COO of Duramed Pharmaceuticals. Before starting at Duramed, he numerous senior management positions at Columbia Labs and Sandoz. Wilkinson received an M.B.A from Capital University and a B.S. in pharmacy from Ohio Northern University
Dr. Hsu, who announced his retirement in 2013, will continue to serve on the Impax Board.
PepsiCo adds twisted new addition
PLANO, Texas — PepsiCo on Tuesday announced the debut of new Twistos Baked Snack Bites to its portfolio. The bites are available in three flavors — bruschetta, parmesan and garlic, and asiago flavors — and can be enjoyed as a standalone snackng item, or as complement to a soup or salad, the company said.
The brand has teamed up with chef and food writer Gaby Dalkin of "What’s Gaby Cooking" to help develop tips for mixing up snack time.
"As a chef and recipe creator, I’m constantly looking for new, unique experiences, especially when it comes to snacking," Dalkin said. "Twistos Baked Snack Bites are the perfect way to add a fun twist to your ordinary routine. Whether you like to dip, pop or munch, the snacking possibilities are endless."
