CVS/pharmacy announces Black Friday deals

WOONSOCKET, R.I. CVS/pharmacy is gearing up for one of the biggest sales days of the year: Black Friday.

The drug store chain said that from Nov. 25 through Nov. 27, customers can enjoy deep discounts on must-have gifts, toys and electronics, as well as additional incentives through its ExtraCare program. CVS/pharmacy shoppers that use their ExtraCare cards can earn 2% back on nearly every purchase and receive instant Extra Bucks every time they shop, simply by purchasing specially advertised items.

Additional Black Friday offers include deeply discounted exclusives, buy-one-get-one-free deals, and stocking stuffers and accessories for less than $20.

Also in line with Black Friday, CVS/pharmacy has introduced "Every Monday is Cyber Monday" on CVS.com, offering great deals on holiday gifts and items. From now through Dec. 20, customers can visit CVS.com/CyberMonday each Tuesday through Sunday to find six new weekly sales and deals redeemable for 24 hours the following Monday.

"This year, CVS/pharmacy is starting Black Friday a day early and extending it through Saturday to offer customers our largest selection of gifts, decor and holiday necessities at incredible prices," said Mike Bloom, EVP merchandising and supply chain. "This year’s exclusive items and special deals on the hottest gifts for everyone on your shopping list truly make CVS/pharmacy a one-stop holiday shopping destination."

Elmer’s takes glue products to the ‘max’

COLUMBUS, Ohio Elmer’s is extending its hardware line with two new "max" versions of its glue products.

Elmer’s new Carpenter’s Wood Glue Max and Glue-All Max products enhance the strength and performance of two of Elmer’s most well-known brands, the company said.

Elmer’s products are available nationwide.

Bendaroos help kids bend, stretch imagination
